Sorry Guys!    We tried our very best to rescue the old discussion board threads.  As for the rules, we are just trying to keep it clean and the focus on Xtreme Martial Arts. Glad you are all back. XMA Baby!

I remember all the time I spent on the old board. Now I channel that time into myspace, which on the whole is a lot less productive.
