Haha how kind of you to let them know about what lies in the shadows. I don't believe I ever did anything to anger the ancient trolls in the past, but I might be wrong :P

Oi, who you all calling 'trolls'?!  Argggghhhhhhhh, I'l rip ya, trip ya, and dip ya, ya mulligans!  Btw, when it comes to fighting applications, I won't say that XMA is stupid or has no purpose in the fighting world...but if all you're going to do the entire time is throw 540s, then you deserve to get punched where you're going to get punched.  Think of it like Capoeira: there's always a lead up of moves, a base to start from.  In XMA, that's always some other traditional style that you build off of.

Now where did that last billy goat go off to?

No..no..no...XMA is not self defense.  By calling it a form of self defense you are giving the ranking of a style which it is not.  XMA contains moves, based on traditional martial arts, that could be use in a defensive situation, but XMA does not teach the practitioner how to defend oneself.  There is a huge difference.

If you think you can't. Then you are right.
