Haaaaaa, only 6 hours?  Lucky you.  I get 3 sets of 8 for my black belt.

I've got...yeah about 5 hours for my actual test. But Instructor's watching me like a hawk and makes me run harder and harder drills. As she says, "Black belts are earned during class," so she thinks of my testing as one ongoing deal that comes to a point in 2 1/2 months at my pre-dan and then in March at the (hopefully) belt presentation.

Very true.  Perfection ain't a destination, it's a road traveled.  Try going to a pool and running your forms, kicks and punches under water that is shoulder level to you.  It helped me out a lot for training for my 1st dan, but since I've plateaued, I've had to up the anty considerably, using resistance cables, isometrics, and hill sprints, just to name a few.
