Yep. An entire hour of doing the same form over and over again...oh so much fun. Getting this form down is a truly taxing task.

Hey XMAFANATIC,

I have to spar, grapple for 2 hours. Then I have to do 3 katas.

Then I have endurance test, self defense techniques and combinations.

This is going to be a hard test but hopefully if I get it, it will be worth it.

Later Training Time,

It is hard for me, mostly because even though the actual testing is in January, she's already evaluating me in everything I do during class. Plus, people have been known to leave their dan testings bleeding from the hands, feet, etc. Lovely thought, eh? I don't mind the blood, but I hate when I have to limp around everywhere for a week.
