Haaa, you youngbloods got it easy. One entire day for me is conditioning for 3-4 hours, then sparring (that includes standup, takedowns, and submission grappling) for another four, then another day where I have to do a breaking demonstration with boards and bricks, coupled with self-defense manuevers I ain't trained in for awhile. And the third and final day includes all my forms (again, the ones I haven't been training in for awhile), self-defense combos with and without weapons at a very fast jaunt, more conditioning, and something special my instructor is purposely holding back on telling me. As for everything else, the little things I have to do now and later, are things I have taken an oath not to spread unto others, unless I'm training them directly.

Currently prepping for my black belt test. I wake up in the morning, eat three apples (I prefer Granny Smih apples), chug a large glass of water to flush my system, do my system of pressure points, brush my teeth, take a shower, start a 2 hour workout of Kung Fu exercises, then break for lunch. After an hour, I go to a 4 hour workout of Tae Kwon Do specific exercises, one steps, kata training, and workouts meant to aid me in board breaking. From there, I take an hour break for dinner. What you guys do for lunch and dinner may be your own thing, but I make sure that my lunch is a source of good protein and vegetables, and that my dinner is the smallest meal I have. I also make sure that I have 6-8 glasses of water throughout the rest of the day ever since breakfast. After dinner, I do two hours of strict stretches aimed at dramatically increasing flexibility and agility. On random days, I go and sprint up hills, in order to build my nimblness, agility, and speed, as well as help myself to lose any unneeded weight. And that's a typical day for me for the next week. After that, I need to rest and not do as strenuous a workout to give my body a rest for my test.
Hmmm, wrong thread to post this in, isn't it?

Matt Brady? Man, have I been looking for you. Who'd have known that both of us have been teaching out of
Young Champions for the last two years. Good news for me, I just got my black belt in my original style of
ITF, WTF, UTF, and Moo Duk Kwon Tae Kwon Do. Beyond that, I'm going back to China again to train in Wushu
with Grandmaster Wu Bin. How are things going for you out in AZ? Btw, you got a myspace?
