i got something to ask you guys. have you guys competed in any of the bigger turneys like the battle of atlanata or the us open.
this a dream of mine to get to that point i always wanted to compete with the best and atleast learn something. i have won some turneys but nothing that can ever get me on the naska circuit at all. or any of the bigger turneys. i really want to compete at those places if not more i want to be one of the best or compete with the best i dont have anything to prove to anyone but to myself. do yoi guys think this is stupid for me to think. or even try to do. have you guys competed at thses places. or ever feel the same way as i do.

Xmafanatic- I have been at the US Open and competed. I was originally down there for camp chat and lessons with Caitlin Dechelle and Matt Emig :}
I decided I wanted to try to compete in Kata only just to see. I ended up loosing b/c at that time I did not know any tricks therefore, I lost in scores badly in creative.
I think that it is great that you want to compete against them. It shows me that you have guts and real character. Matt Emig, says I am almost ready to start competing in the Big Tourneys!
But it will be a lot harder since I will be in the Black Belt Divisions!
So to Squirel: Shake upthe trickz and bust the KATA!

i hope you make it to that point. yea i do want to but not sure how to go about meeting that goal. so its kinda hard to figure were i need to go to achived this.

Mabye you could tape yourself of yourself, Look it over to see if it is as good as you want it to be.
Then send it to some of the XMA crew or Paul Mitchell and ask them if they are willing to look at it!
If you have a weapon kata send it to somebody who does that weapon,
Such as sword= caitlin dechelle or jacob kabel.
That way they will hopefully give you positive feedback and you will be on your way to achieve your goal. If this strategy dosen't work I am willing to come up with more.
